Miss Malad (Beauty Pageant)  being held in Mumbai at  “Malad Festival 2018” had been spearheaded by Tajinder Singh Tiwana.  The jury comprises  Mitaali Nag, Shweta Khanduri, Akanksha Singh, Neha Banerjee, GizeleThakral and Scarlet Rose.

Malad Festival is spread over for ten days from 5-14 January from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Goraswadi Ground, behind Milap PVR cinema, off SV Road, Adarsh, Malad (West). Malad festival envisions creating annual phenomena and a platform for the local residents consisting of many diverse culture, instilling in them a sense of pride and aspiration. Hence people will get to witness a lot of entertaining programs through Malad festival. Then event aims at encouraging multi-lingual and multi-cultural integration , promote artists and talent in an open environment.

The idea is to create an iconic fest that celebrates the spirit of Malad and strengthens the sentiment of humanity, unity and peace. To serve as a art platform and deliver an extravagant experience created with a melange of art, music, dance, food, heritage and culture.

10 January in Mumbai- Day 8 of Malad Fest, had Miss Malad, Beauty Pageant. It saw the presence of Mitaali Nag, Shweta Khanduri, Akanksha Singh, Neha Banerjee,GizeleThakral, Scarlet Rose.

We believe in learning and teaching, sharing and we have been networking continuously to improve the fest. We were a small gathering of people working on this fest, now there are hundreds of associates and thinkers who exchange ideas and support one another to help develop this fest” he further adds

Malad is hosting its ten day festival “Malad Festival” at the Goraswadi compound starting from 5th January 2018 to 14rd January 2018. The event which is being organized by Tajinder Singh Tiwana, a social worker will have several activities for the residents.

Malad Festival will have everything from music, theatre, film, dance, sport, food, heritage to art and poetry. The festival will try to showcase the cultural wealth of the area also along with bringing together various communities. There will also be a special event for senior citizens, women as well as for children.
