A Brazilian na’l nabbed with cocaine at Mumbai airport


An NCB official Manoj Kumar, during screening at Xbis 07 dom SHA in T2 of Mumbai airport, detected a Brazilian passenger having possession of 457 gms of cocaine valued at Rs 2 -2.5 crore (as per rough assessment of NCB officials) concealed in capsules which were hidden in plastic containers mixed with talcum powder from a departing pax hand bag.

The person along with seized drugs was handed over to NCB for legal action. It is an excellent detection as powdery substances were encapsulated and kept inside sealed plastic cylindrical containers mixed with talcum powder.[/box]
